Week 1: 26th June 2025

Took the opportunity on a bike ride today to hop off my bike and record a joggling attempt! As you can see I have a long way to go, but this is just week one of my 'official' training. I will endeavour to do some sort of update every week so I can track my progress 😀

Week 4: 17th July 2025 - BEACH BONUS!

Two videos this week, because I was having so much fun on the sand!! We are at the beach this week - so I've been taking advantage of the large expanse of sand to practice joggling! The juggling balls have got a little sandy, but it is worth it because it turns out this is the perfect place to practice! No obstacles and a wide open space. It has also been helping me to practice looking past the balls to the distance - the beach provides a great view to focus on. I feel I've made great progress this week. One of the main problems at this point is aching arms when I get a good run without dropping the balls. I hope this will improve with regular practice and training. Watch this space for the next installment.
