Did Cosmeston Lakes parkrun this morning to kick off my 102k joggling challenge - beautiful sunny weather and great crowd there, everyone very supportive. Thanks Cosmeston folk!
Don't be fooled by the sunshine though... it was extremely muddy underfoot, which I don't really mind, but it was my muddiest joggle yet, with the juggling balls turning from blue to brown by the end from so many drops in the mud! My hands were also very muddy and I also had no idea how frequently I drop the balls on myself until I ended up with mud all down the front of my tshirt and shorts 😂 Still, despite the mud it was a good first 5k and I'm glad it did it at Cosmeston!
