This was a fantastic experience. I had never been to Ashton Court Parkrun but it was a lovely friendly one and they even gave me a special shout out at the start! The parkrun itself was really hard work though! 2.5k up a giant hill, a turn around at the top and then 2.5k back down the hill! Not the easiest conditions for joggling, but I did it!!
